On a regular basis we have two recycling concerns at the Life Sciences Building: 1. the paper bins have brown packing paper in them 2. the plastic bottle bins have other plastics, such as pipette trays Brown packing paper should go in the cardboard bin, and the only plastic we can recycle are plastic bottles. I will contact the building operations staff to make sure they are aware but based on what I see in the bins I'm fairly certain that labs or people who receive shipments are likely unaware of how best to recycle. Are there people I could reach out to with training or a message, or would you rather be the person to pass on a message? Thanks for your help.
