Everyone,
With the new semester kicking off today, I just wanted to send you a quick reminder about some of the policies and procedures surrounding the conference rooms available for our use here in the LSB:
1. Use of conference rooms must be approved through the college scheduler-https://lsscheduler.byu.edu-prior to your use of the room.
Before using one of the building conference rooms, please make sure to make a request through the online scheduler site. The student secretaries in the dean's office review those requests every day, so you shouldn't have to wait long for a decision. If you need to use a conference room at short notice, please call the dean's office.
1. Please straighten up the room after you are through using it.
After using one of the conference rooms, please make sure that the following have been done:
1. The chairs have been neatly placed back around the table.
2. Any trash from your group has been cleaned up.
3. The lights and projection systems have been powered off.
In general, be good neighbors in your use of the conference rooms. Please make sure to clean up after yourselves and show respect for the building, the furniture, and the equipment that we all share.
